I am passionate about teaching cooking and have presented cooking classes for over 40 years. I was a foundation teacher/presenter in1988 at the Sydney Seafood School when it was first established with a 12 - year period of regular seafood classes being taught.
I have been a regular presenter since 2013 and at The Essential Ingredient Sydney NSW and North Sydney Community Centre.
Between 2017- 2018 I was contracted to established The Cooks Cooking School in Bowral. This was a dream come true and many happy and delicious days were had. Inspirational home cooking and hands on approach was the goal.
