I have been a passionate and active volunteer in a Community Liaison role with the not for profit charity The Children’s Food Education for over 10 years. This work involves cooking classes hands on with young children and youth.  Activities include The Big Feed and Snack Habitat.

The Seed Square was a product of On The Plate with 4 years of R&D. 

So many bars are too sweet and it was our aim to produce a healthy, tasty and unique product. The Sweet Seed Square is sweetenened only with natural honey and is gluten & dairy free and contains no nuts. It was manufactured to raise funds for The Big Feed.
