I have operated my own business On The Plate for over 30 years working within the Australian Food Industry with extensive experience in food presentation both live, TV and Radio. 

- Food Styling

- Live shows and TV food presenting 

- Recipe development & recipe testing a

- Product development

During 2017-2018 I was the manger and in-house cooking presenter/teacher at                 The Cooks Cooking School Bowral NSW. A wonderful opportunity to enjoy inspirational home cooking with so many cooking and eating together. 

 

I was the food researcher, editor & food stylist for the series of cookbooks published by Gourmet Pilgrim Publishing. Italy, Spain, Germany and Mexico are available in their unique presentation tins at leading book - stores.

In December 2015 Gourmet Pilgrim Mexico was awarded the Best In Australia by the International Gourmand Cookbook awards in the Latin American Cuisine. In June 2016 it was shortlised to the top 3 in the world for cookbooks on Latin America published outside Latin America and WON Best In The World..
